Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Non-returnable items

• Personalized jewelry (custom engraving, name necklaces, birthstones).

• Earrings, for hygiene reasons.

Defective or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately at belamoretco@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refund Method
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
